Everything has been meticulously thought out in this warm and inviting space with washer/dryer in unit, upgraded solid surface counters, wonderful furniture, and all electrical appliances. There is only ONE STEP into the unit. Except for some staging items (list coming) all furniture stays. Pets are allowed with some restrictions. A one time condo fee of $1,000 is in place for new owners. Bylaws stipulate 3 month minimum rental period, but this has not been adhered to. You truly feel that you are in another world, but steps away from all that CHQ has to offer. The age of 2005 is when the building was converter to condos from a boardind house.
